I don't know what your specific needs are, but I've heard very good things about the mixer. Pleasant Hill has information on maintenance and I would imagine they'd be happy to discuss any concerns you have.
The only issue I've heard of from home bakers is some non computability with the type of ground fault switches in some home kitchens. There's a video in the link I attached, but it seems pretty easily resolved.
