Very pleased with this Kieser roll bake. I used the onion roll formula that Norm Berg shared right here publicly. What a generous man he was. Rip, it really is true what they say, the good die much too young. The two links are youtube shorts. I messed up on the duration of part two. Still learning.
Great oven spring, and bloom. No blind bake here. (that's what Norm would have called a poor spring no bloom bake.)
