I’ve belonged to a Guittard chocolate wholesale co-op in central California for 20 years (their closest production facility is about 3 hours away). I’m sharing with TFL to help us meet the minimum 500 lb. order for bulk pricing. Deadline to submit the order and money (check, VENMO or Zell) is Sept. 27. Please contact coordinator Linda Hurley directly to save time, and tell her Karen in Prunedale referred you. If you’re in Monterey, Santa Cruz or San Benito County I will pick up the order and we’ll make arrangements to meet. Linda lives in Sunol, so out of my area you would need to pick up from her. The selection this year is smaller due to shortages. She is only able to subdivide the 50 lb. box of milk chocolate chunks between several people. There are other Guittard co-ops in the US. There was one in Salt Lake City; I connected a friend who was relocating there. Contact Guittard directly if you’re not in California and have an interest.
