Rolling out flatbread dough with water

Sorry, but I’d never have the guts to roll that pan upside down and loaded with flatbreads.  😁

That was some pretty smooth dough rolling!

Interesting watch Yippee. Well, I flatten pizza dough balls every week without a rolling pin, so I don't see anything out of ordinary with that regard. :)
