On the first day of vacation, getting my bake on. First loaf out of the oven. The Perfected Falzon Filone. (I love this part semolina bread) The second batch (4 @ 400g baguettes in autolyse.)

My foot is killing me from pivoting on it all day. Yes all day from 6 AM. Still not done, I estimate 7 PM? All I made (not yet) 5 loaves of bread. I don't know how I will be able to do production!
