Baked this earlier in the week. Pain De Campagne sourdough, using NYBakers Farine De Campagne flour. Came out GREAT! Lots of rise, and the crumb was amazing.

Thanks Benny! The pandemic definitely brought my inner baker back out again. Sourdough has proven to be my biggest challenge, especially developing a strong levain. The wild yeast here in Memphis was giving me a bit of trouble, so I broke down and purchased some Italian starter online. That turned out to be the breakthrough I needed.
