Sheeter

Hi all!

I’m having a bit of a problem hoping for some insight. I work with an Estella table top sheeter for croissant/puff production. Recently I noticed the numbers are slightly off, so instead of sheeting at 4 I sheet at “the click before 4”. It seems like the sheeter needs to be calibrated and some screws tightened but is this something that is common with table top sheeter a or all shelters in general? Is it usually a self solving problem or is it normal to call the company abs get it serviced? I can’t figure out how to fix this problem if I were to do it myself.
