Old Hobart A 200, Oliver 797G Slicer, Dough Rounders and more

Toast

Hello,

We have been offered to purchase some old bakery equipment. It hasn't been used in 2-3 years, but all did turn on today when tested. What should we offer on these items? The Oliver slicer is a 1962 model. I am waiting to hear back from Hobart on the mixer and its year. We have no idea what these items in this condition are worth. Please help!

I offered $1500 for an old eberhardt 36 piece standing divider-rounder, which I found was a very favorable price. We got an old 60 qt Hobart for $3000 with an extra bowl and the dolly. Make sure the 797 cuts well. Gravity slicers and crusty breads may not be a favorable match.
