Wheat flour: stone ground wheat flour vs fine ground wheat flour? Which should I buy?

I want to buy wheat flour. At the supply place there’s stone ground wheat flour and fine ground wheat flour. Which one should I get?

Need more details: both about the flours (same protein/ash content or not?), and about what you want to use it for.

Is the sought after wholegrain flour. However fine ground doesn't actually tell us much other then how finely ground is. One is saying the method of grinding and the other is saying the level of grinding. Bit difficult to compare.
