Hi everyone,
I'm an italian guy living in France. It should come as no surprise, then, that I love bread. Since the beginning of 2020 I love not only eating bread, but also making it. I have grown my home sourdough starter (it goes by the name of JP) and I have tried my hand to quite a few style, settling, for the moment, for a quite classic white sourdough bread. I am here to learn and exchange ,and I hope, in the future, to give my contribution.
