Today’s bake

Toast

Baked two loaves of sourdough today, one cheese and one walnut with cranberries.  Pretty pleased with them, now the wait till we slice them.

Your bread looks very tasty. The crust is clearly crispy. How did it turn out inside? Doesn't it crumble much? I do not like bread that crumbles. Preferably not overdried, which is carefully cut into slices.
