I am in the UK and am looking for a grain mill but it needs to be compact. Space is at a premium in my kitchen. I have looked for an attachment for my Bosch Compact mixer but the one Bosch do doesn't fit the compact. I would prefer a manual one as we are going off grid in the next few years so am trying to buy equipment that doesn't need electric where possible. Does anybody have any ideas or can point me in the right direction. I would mainly be milling wheat and spelt.
If you want a manual mill there are a few tips for you how to choose it. If you want it to be small, but there is no attachment for your mixer, think about the metal mill that can be placed on the edge of your table. It's priced at about 30$ but I think the best manual one.
Am so excited! The Bosch grain mill does fit my machine.
