Hey everyone,
I just mixed Hamelman Baguette with Poolish recipe and the dough kept pushing the dough hook away from the side of the bowl and forced it to act as almost acted the dough hook kneader rather than the dough scraper. How do you get the dough scraper to stay flush against the side of the bowl when mixing a dough like this?

I never had any problem with the scraper. Can you add a image?
It is hard to post a picture now since the dough is bulk fermenting now, but essentially it is not staying flush against the wall of the bowl and is being pushed by the dough towards the center of the bowl since the dough scraper can swing freely.
