Hi everyone and so glad I found you. I have been baking for most of my 50 years - taught from grandmother and mom. I love making my own breads, etc. Until recently - the Pandemic, I have broadened my horizons into Sourdough breads. I have made three loaves thus far and love it. I want to venture on to other types of loaves and baking. I think my next try is hamburger buns and/or crackers from the discard of my sourdough. So glad to be here.
