My name is Michèle, I trained as a chef some years ago, classical French cuisine & am now studying at the world-renowned Leiths school of food & wine, which is amazing (not right at this time, due to the world pandemic)
I'm half French, so bread is a right of passage for us. I don't think there is a day, that I don't think about bread, in some form.
I have finally signed up to The Fresh Loaf and wished I had done this ages ago.
So I will definitely, be visiting regularly.
