Hi all,
I'm considering buying a used Sveba Dahlen DC-12-DD. I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts on or experience with this oven. How many medium boules have you been able to fit on the deck? It's appealing as a small bakery since it can easily be had for under 5k used.
I'll be baking up to 200 loaves per day.
