Hi everyone,
I'm a missionary serving in Warsaw, Poland for a year before heading back to the UK. I've been baking for a while now, and lurking around this site for years. Since discovering that fresh yeast is readily available from the shop across the street from my flat, I've been baking up a storm. This is one of two 23% rye loaves that I got from one batch recently.
Glad to have you as part of this group of breadheads.
I hope you can share some Warsaw bread finds, as well as your own baking, with us.
Paul
I'm hoping to! There seems to be quite a tradition for sweeter breads like babka and challah here so I'm looking forward to seeing what I can add to my recipe book.
