Raymond Calvel recipe needed

Over 10 years ago a lady named Mariana gave at least a partial recipe for Calvel’s 100% white sourdough, although the one in the book, The Taste of Bread, differs significantly. I’ve done a lot of searches on this and other sites but it seems that nobody else has tried, or detailed, this very different recipe. What gives? Can someone out there give any help on how to make this bread, or if you tried and didn’t care for the results let me know that too?

Have you checked out the R. Calvel recipes on You Tube? I know there are a few there - maybe it's one of those?
