I just found this site while googling something regarding bread making. I think I'm going to love it here. I bake breads to sell at one of the local Farmers Markets. If I think something sounds good, I'll experiment till I am either satisfied or I throw the recipe out. Right now I'm trying to make something that resembles the wonderful, soft, seed-infested loaf I found at a boulangerie in France. Not there yet. My "avatar" is the closest I've come............so far. :>) Maybe someone here can help me.
This bread is a big favorite on the forum. I think you will be very pleased with it. It is without a doubt my personal favorite. It is so good, that I put an anti-depression pill in the bottom of each bag I give away, to ward off depression after the last slice is gone <LOL>

Welcome to our humble abode. You are sure to like it. Great help and assistance is only a post away...
Question - have you by any chance tried the Seeduction bread at Whole Foods? IMO, it is killer, but for the life of me I can’t knock it off :-(
Danny
OH, not sure you use sourdough or not.
I have really not shopped at Whole Foods........mostly because it is in Madison, an hour away from me.
No, I have not, as yet, experimented with sourdough. I just play with yeast for the time being.
