After spending two days on making 50/50 whole-grain loaves made with freshly grough wheat berries, I just want to open them up and see! I'm too much of a novice to have any accurate expectations!
This is only my second sourdough bake and this time I followed a recipe to the T (almost. I did my bulk fermentation at a different stage as I still don't have this routine down pat.)
It looks good! It feels good. Now I have to wait till morning!
