Hello from Missouri. I have been following this site for many years, but have never signed on. Today was the day. I am an avid bread maker, but still learning every day. I currently bake sourdough bread and an Oatmeal Wheat bread every week to sell at our local farmers market. I love to bake bread!!! While I am light years away from many of you, I am anxious to learn all I can. Artisan bread is the best bread in the world and I am happy to be part of such an elite community. Thank you.

That's awesome that you're selling those breads. I love oatmeal wheat. I think I made a maple version from bernard clayton's book that was a big hit.
