New to baking and sourdough

Hello,

I've been lurking on this forum for a few months now, but only made an account recently. There are a lot of informative posts by the community on here: recipes, tips, hints, troubleshooting, etc. It has been very helpful for me so far.

I decided to make an account because the sourdough addiction has finally taken over entirely. I'm still relatively new to baking, but my technique is getting better each week, and so are my sourdoughs. I absolutely love the whole process, from taking care of the starter to the finished loaf. My goal is to just keep improving my technique and improving my consistency.

I'm looking forward to learning more with the help of the community here.
