Clayton's Rich white bread

This is from bernard clayton's complete bread book pg 41. 

I modified it by using buttermilk in place of dry milk. 

I used 1 cup bread,  1 cup sprouted wheat,  1 cup whole wheat. 

My daughter loves onion bread so I sauteed some sweet onion and mixed it in the dough toward the end of the mix cycle.  

It smells so good.
