1. 50lbs of high extraction bread flour (14% protein) broken down into 5lb packages.
2. #10 can of Stanislas ground tomatoes
3. 7- 1bl blocks of Grande mozzarella cheese
4. 5- 1lb packages of Grande East Coast blend mozzarella cheese
5. Hormel pepperoni
6. Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
7. Black olives
