This forum is for idea, so I thought it might be the right place to post.
Khalid's illustration is still doing fine duty to educate us about stretch and fold in a bowl, but I'm sad to say that all the links to various videos of dough/gluten development techniques are defunct.
The internet is a fickle provider: sometimes it giveth, sometimes it taketh away.
In any case, I thought someone (Floyd?) should know, in case there is desire to try to fix/revise that page. I'm referring to the handbook page here:
