Regarding a deck oven with a steam injection facility:
- Is the steam for each deck injected through a single nozzle, multiple nozzles or some kind of spray tube?
- Does the nozzle have a wide bore, eg 1/4" or 1/2", or is it narrower?
- Is the steam injected at the back or side of the deck and is the nozzle (or nozzles) at the bottom, middle or top of the deck?
