I'm a long time lurker but I LOVE this site- thank you Floyd, for keeping it up and running for our benefit! I have learned so much from bread pros here. I mill my own flour and have most recently been trying to figure out why this 100% whole wheat sandwich bread ( https://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2019/01/100-whole-wheat-sandwich-bread.html ) keeps on having a very weak crumb in the very center of the center slices. The ends are great, but not sure what is happening! :( Will be attempting JMonkey's 100% WW SD Sandwich bread again soon- I realized after many failed loaves, that I love sourdough breads so much more.

Glad to decided to post! If you can, images would be very helpful. To upload images when replying to a post click the small icon to the left of the 1 2 3 icon and choose ‘upload and after choose “insert”, in the width column enter 600 and leave everything else blank.
