Has anyone purchased a home oven recently with "true convection". Any recommendations for a good brand/model? I need to replace my basic oven used for croissants, tarts, cakes, danishes etc in my home-based bakery, and would love the speed and the evenness of a convection. (No room/funds for a commercial brand!). Thanks in advance.
What's your budget? Space limitations? Wall or counter top? Required size? There are countertop convection ovens starting at $100 and wall ovens up to several thousand $. Tell us about your situation and maybe someone can suggest something.
