Hi All, I'm just another serious home baker joining the group. I've been baking for about 2 years now, and have had fun with French bread, naturally-leavened breads, enriched breads, etc. I've uploading a few photos of some of my breads to the Gallery.
Steve, Welcome! Glad to hear that your baking is going well. I thought I recognized that "jumbo super peel" in one of your photos. Note that I put an ad on BBGA site. Those guys are pros over there! Pizzameister (Gary)
