I hope that not just posting versions of sourdough isn’t frustrating the purists. I’m enjoying trying out my hand on several different breads that I know I usually eat fairly regularly.

Those are tasty looking pitas...and as they are often referred to as pita "bread"  I don't think any TFLers will have any problems with your post! There's always something different going on here and it isn't all sourdough - always good to see the imaginative variety of things others are baking.  Thanks for sharing!
