i'm very interested in the bosch compact since i make only one loaf at a time, nothing larger than a single angel food cake. and i've read many happy users on this board, amazon and some other boards. most people talk about how great it is for bread, and in that area it sounds like my best option.
but how is it for mashed potatoes and cookies? rough pastry? i'm a little thrown by the narrower whisk being used as a paddle, so thought i'd ask around. btw, i have wrist issues, so i can't knead myself or do lots of folding.
