Hello everyone,
I am an amateur baker that got into the art and science of sourdough almost 2 years ago. It has not been until recently that I have taken it seriously. I have a very stressful job so baking is my safe Zen place. I am self taught [YouTube taught?] and this means I probably will ask a lot of questions.

Your profile is about the same as most people on this forum so I think you will find a lot of kinship here. I recommend that you avail yourself of the search feature because there is a lot of really good information in the archives of this site.
