Martin Philip, the head bread baker at King Arthur Flour, just came out with a new book, 'Breaking Bread: A Baker's Journey Home in 75 Recipes.' More than just a bread book (although it does contains many great recipes and discusses bread-making techniques specific to the home baker), it is the story of one person's return to his roots through baking. A very interesting read.
