Hi Fresh Loaf community,
I'm a baker and food project DIYer with a particular interest in local agriculture (I live in NY) and regionally sourced grain. After doing some research and exploring the (limited) options for freshly-milled local grain, I decided to pursue a longtime dream and start a food business of my own, focused on providing the best flour I can, as fresh as possible. I'm calling the company Upcountry.
Each order of flour is milled to order and shipped in a resealable pouch to your door as fast as I possibly can (less than a week from milling to your doorstep). I'm working to build the company that makes the best tasting flour possible and to re-introduce customers to the flavor and nutrition lost when flour sits in storage or on a grocery store shelf for months.
AND I NEED YOUR HELP!!!
I've been working for the past six months to build the infrastructure to make this possible, now I need help testing and refining the product and website. That's where you come in. You can check out the website at upcountry.co and use the code FRESHLOAF20 for a 20% discount on any order. All I ask in return is your honest feedback on the flour, shopping experience, website and anything else you would like to see from me as I work to build a customer base and start shipping out some flour.
Not looking for fresh flour? That's fine too, you can sign up for the newsletter on our homepage and I'll send you occasional newsletters packed with info and deals.
Really looking forward to hearing from members of the community and doing lots more promos/giveaways/focus groups in the future.
Thank you so much!
www.upcountry.com ?
Your link isn't working.
Edit: hope it can't be that. Just tried it and nothing to do with fresh flour.
Links fixed, it's http://upcountry.co/
Thanks for your interest and appreciate the heads up!
the label? Protein? Fibre? Falling numbers?
if possible.
The price for 2 pounds is a bit high for me, but I would be willing to give it a try.
