Just introducing myself. I have been baking bread occasionly since I was a teenager. For the last 6 month's we hardly bought any bread because I've been baking all the time. This is yesterday's bake from semolina, whole wheat and flaxseed with some sourdough discard en 5 gr dried yeast. 

Thank you! I'm looking for inspiration and found a lot of ideas already. Thought it was the proper way in introducing myself before adding comments or other posts.
