Hello guys!
I have a difficult choice to make and it would be great if you could help me out! I want to bake about 100 baguettes per day and for this I need to buy a deck oven.
My budget is under 5000 euro and there isn't much place in my patisserie. I see I have only 3 options:
1.Buy a very old deck oven with small size (60*80) chambers from Germany (see file 1).
2.Buy a new deck oven (same sizes of chambers) from China.
3.Give up this idea until I have enough money and a bigger place.
What do you think?
P.S. Does anyone have an experience with this type of small deck oven (see attachment file)? I'm afraid that in this type of oven you can only heat up your bread, not bake.
