There are a couple of Toastmaster 177OU stand mixers on eBay (item nos. 332086535815 and 282336289205) that purport to be rebranded Bosch Compact mixers for what appear to be very good prices if that is true. Can anyone corroborate this assertion? I see little information available online about these Toastmaster or Global Design units. Thank you in advance.
As far as I know, Bosch and Toastmaster are completely separate companies. They certainly do look like Bosch stand mixers, but it would make little sense for Bosch to allow their products to be relabeled and sold for so much less. If you poke around online you'll see that the ONLY folks that sell those Toastmaster mixers are on eBay. I would not trust them. IMHO.
