Looking for a young baker to help open a new bakery in Chiang Mai Thailand

Fellow Bakers,

I am planning to open a small artisan bread bakery focusing on sourdoughs and using a wood fired oven. We will aim to produce 100 loaves per day to begin.  I am looking for a young and adventurous baker for a 3-month assignment (possibly longer) to help establish the bakery beginning in March or April 2017.  Someone with 2-3 years of experience would be ideal. I will cover airfare costs, room and board,and a modest stipend.  The bakery is located in a beautiful rural spot about 20 minutes from Chiang Mai, Thailand.
