I've been trying to find out how much dough (weight) to put in mini (5 5/8 x 3 3/16 x 1 15/16) loaf pans. I'm wanting to give tasting samples & want my loaves to look pretty. Thanks!
My suggestion would be to measure the exact volume of your pan by filling it with water and weighing. The reasonable starting point for the dough weight would be 50% of that.
