Here is an easy recipe of pesto-tomato pizza which I had tried yesterday. Try it, It's yummy (Y)
Ingredients:
pizza crust:
Commercial pesto- 3 table spoons
plum tomatoes- 2 cups
mozzarello cheese- 1 cup (shredded part)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degree
2. Spread pesto on the top of the pizza crust in a thin layer. arrange all the tomato slices in a single layer on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Yummy pizza ready!
You look ready to pounce! By the way, your kitchen is way too clean for a baker! ;-)
