Hello all, I'm new here and have a lot of questions but I'll just sit back and listen for now. Started baking bread over the winter and got quite addicted. Had some successes and some disasters but each loaf was a learning experience. Hope I don't drive you all crazy with my newbie questions. Thanks.

Don't hold back on the questions, there's so many really experienced and friendly people here who can help you. I'm about 8 months in and i've pretty much learned everything i know from this site by reading and asking (many) questions.

For a "beginner", as we all were once upon a time. Lots to learn if you take it methodically and also learn from our collective mistakes, as well as your own!
Ru is from the opposite end of the earth from NJ, but on TFL it doesn't matter as we have contributors from all corners of the globe.
This is great place for asking questions! I am sure I drove the regulars nuts for the first few months after I joined so go for it! They didn't ban me so I think you are safe. ;-)
