I am looking for a pullman/pan de mie loaf pan that is 5x5 or 6x6 and can't seem to find anything larger than 4x4. Paderno makes a pan 5 7/8 x 4 but I'm looking for it to be absolutely square. Any tips, tricks, or hacks would be greatly appreciated! Log in or register to post comments
