Hello from Arkansas! Im relatively new to baking, and I mainly do natural yeast bread, pizza crusts, etc. (Off topic, but I'm mainly a user of whole wheat and rye flours. I love rye flour.)
Anywho, I'm excited to actually have a found a good baking fourm, as I'm quite obsessed with baking.

How much rye are we talking about? :) Has the rye bug bit you yet? (Sounds like it has, way better than chiggers.)

Usually I use it in my bread. I use about 1/3 rye and 2/3 whole wheat!
