Figs x 2. I blended 120g dried figs after soaking in hot water and added it to my dough. After kneading I folded in 250g of chopped figs and let it rise overnight. A teaspoon each of coriander and caraway seeds goes really well with the figs. A great tasting loaf.

bread? Normally figs, caraway and coriander would be a rye bread. It looks delicious no matter what kind if bread it is
Happy baking
Thank you. It is actually 50% whole wheat and 50% plain unbleached baker's flour. I also added 50g of semolina. The only rye in this loaf is courtesy of my rye starter.
That looks like another loaf I will have to make now ....... ;)
Enjoy!
Looks great Anne-Marrie! Must taste fantastic.
Happy Baking!
