Clearly youtube is snooping on my web surfing.. today one of the recommended videos it suggested I watch was this one about Jamie Oliver traveling to Puglia and making some Altamura bread.. great video..

Thanks for sharing. The video is a little bit short but is a joy to watch.
Did not expect a WFO in a big bakery like this.

One interesting thing I noticed is around 1:38-1:40 when the Italian baker asked Jamie to stop kneading the dough. :)
