Can anyone share a recipe of sourdough rye or white bread with pickle juice added to the recipe. I would experience with this kind of recipe, but pickle juice is loaded with salt.
There's a rye bread recipe on King Arthur Flour that uses Dill (not kosher type) pickle juice. I think it's called "Sandwich Rye Bread." I tried it once and it wasn't too bad.
