For World Bread Day '07 my entry is Parker House Rolls, made according to the 1896

recipe by Fannie M. Farmer

I LOVE parkerhouse rolls too. I make Sister Schuberts parkerhouse rolls just like the ones you can get in the supermarket and they are a family favorite. Yours look very authentic! Yummy just in time for Thanksgiving. It always gets my mind ready to switch gears from bread to rolls. Well we can't let all that flour and yeast that we can't help buying go bad can we?!
