Just wanted to share my recent bake. 100% sourdough baguettes and Epis.

Forgot to upload a crumb shot... here you go. I wish i could make longer baguettes, but limited by my oven...

and I'm sure it tastes fine too.

And yes - oven size... I have an oven that's 530mm inside width ways - the issue is that if I try to slide a baguette (or tray of baguettes) in, they tend to roll rather than slide off which is somewhat sub-optimal!

Well done!! That's a great looking baguette! I'm sure its tastes awesome too! Is this your first try at a sourdough baguette?
