Hi there!!

I found The Fresh Loaf once upon a time while googling some bread ideas I had known nothing about. I find this really interesting place bursting with creativity ;)

I have been baking breads for three months only, but I'm on my way to become an addict with that. I really like the way that baking bread mixes chemistry, biology and physics in one thing and I would love to continue a bit more scientific approach on that as I have Masters in land surveying :D I prefer wheat breads because all of the hand work they need, but I'm starting to like sourdough rye and WG breads too.

I already love you guys, really!

all things bread.  I like the science, chemistry and biology of bread too.  Wee beasties getting into physics should be against the law if we don't want them to take over the world:-)
