Hi all,
This weekend I made a nice toasted seed sourdough loaf and wanted to share it with you all.
In all, it was a very fun loaf to make. Toasting the seeds added a very nice aroma to the house and watching the loaf develop with the seeds inside made for an interesting experiment with the kids.
